Hypnosis only takes place with a client's permission, and with them being willing to try the process. In other words they are on board and open to the idea.
Hypnosis is a state of mind that is natural. Humans are in this state every day, sometimes several times.
In a hypnotic state breathing becomes easy, their is muscle relaxation,
calmness, and rapid eyemovement or REM, can be present.
During this state an individual can be open to suggestions in the subconscious mind. Which can assist them in a change that they elect to make for self improvement. The sessions available to clients, in hypnosis, are :
