For you to accept and be kind to yourself and practice self compassion. To grow and evolve into, and nurture, the one and only, individual you are meant to be. To me people can be insightful and resourceful, with support. I have felt honoured to work with people, who even on some of their most challenging times show strength, resilience, empathy and compassion. It's just so humbling, and I would love to be a part of your journey in this respect. What means a lot to me is your courage to engage in self help and self development.

I embarked on a Buried in treasures programme, in 2019. It is essentially about decluttering. An after-group BITS formed as a support group for participants to join or to find out about the programme, or to continue with once a month after the Buried in Treasures programme has ended for them. A part of my role was as a planner on the committee, as a co-facilitator at times, and also running some sessions within the support group, from 2019-2021.

COACHING: I have trained in and been accredited in a programme that is aimed to support you with The Skills fOr Life Adjustment and Resilience ( SOLAR ) It is a recovery programme to help you get your life back on track after a big life development change or disaster, or just when things aren't going the way you would like them to be in your life. The programme supports you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, manage distress or emotions, and come to terms with what's happened to you. It also incorporates getting you back to your usual activities and dealing with negative thoughts.
