Art and Journaling
An art journal can be a way to express yourself. Journaling can be helpful and supportive too as a way of releasing emotions that can at times either be bottled up, or weigh us down., and feel a sense of relief as well as lighter.
Journaling / art journaling may be utilized as a way to think about life and make a plan, or set an intention. This can be a way to exercise and encourage your creative juices. This experience might well assist with personal growth, development and spirituality.

The participation in journaling / art journaling may bring a sense of fun. There is tactile interaction with the art work, and time to relax, come into the moment.
Materials that may be utilized are paints, acrylic or watercolour, pens, pencils, magazines, embellishments and a journal, glue to name a few. Backgrounds can be made with torn up newspaper or wrapping papers, or with paints, and then a picture can be created. People may also write if they wish. It's up to each client to create their own piece of writing or art as they want. It will then be in their own creative, authentic style. I am present to support, and discuss ideas, wants, goals, possible outcomes, and aims, in the session.
